Workflow concept · Illustrative material · No live AI calls

Bring the scattered
information together.

Product details, customer questions, brand voice.
Start with the facts AI needs to understand your business.

Source material

  • Product & service details
  • Common customer questions
  • Your brand voice
Review facts and wording before publishing

A concept explaining the approach, not a working product. Explore each step.

For owners who also
have marketing to do.

Between products, customers and running a business, marketing still needs attention. AI adoption starts by understanding how that work gets done.

More tasks. Limited time.

Product descriptions, blog posts and social content: start with the work you keep rewriting.

You have tried AI. The work remains.

Move beyond generic answers by grounding drafts in your products, customers and voice.

Too many decisions to make alone.

Set clear boundaries for what AI can help with and what you need to review yourself.

From choosing tools
to shaping better work.

Our consulting starts with your business. Define what you need now, then shape an approach you can put into practice.

01

Workflow diagnosis

Find your starting point.

Review your products, customers, channels and brand voice. Identify repeat tasks and bottlenecks, then decide where AI and human judgment belong.

  • Map the work
  • Choose a first task
  • Define review criteria
02

AI adoption design

Fit the tools to the task.

Consider the purpose, budget and sensitivity of the material. Define suitable tools and ways of using them, starting with a small task such as a content draft.

  • Tool selection criteria
  • Inputs & prompts
  • Human approval flow
03

Practical training

Build confidence in daily use.

Design practice around your own business material. Learn how to edit drafts, verify facts and use the process again.

  • Practice with your material
  • Review & revise
  • A repeatable guide
04

Ongoing improvement

Make the process useful again.

Define how to review errors, friction and the effort of editing. Use what is learned to improve the next marketing task.

  • Review the results
  • Refine the workflow
  • Plan the next task

Scope, timing and fees are agreed after an initial diagnosis.

The next step.
Built around your business.

Start with a small test, not a big promise.
This is the direction of our AI adoption program.

Set the ground rules.

Understand the business
before introducing AI.

Owners and customers stay at the center. Whatever model is used, the business sets the standards for facts and wording.

Business context

Start with product facts, customer questions and wording that needs care.

AI suited to the task

We consider Claude an important foundation while evaluating other AI tools for the work.

Final human review

Treat AI output as a draft. Publishing, replies and budget changes need human approval.

Validate the technology, too.

We plan to design and validate Claude API-based capabilities. This website’s concept sequence has no live AI integration. Customer-facing API connections and pilot status will be described once confirmed.

This does not imply official partnership, certification or sponsorship by Anthropic or Claude.

Before we talk.

Can I start if I am new to AI?

Yes. You can begin by discussing your current marketing work and recurring tasks, even without a preferred AI tool.

Will everything be automated?

We start by considering one repeat task. The scope depends on its usefulness and the effort of editing. We do not promise to automate all your work.

Do you only use one AI provider?

We consider Claude an important foundation, while evaluating other AI tools based on purpose, information and budget. Actual customer-facing API integrations are a separate matter to verify.

Will AI publish ads or send replies automatically?

Human review and approval are the default. Ad publishing, budget changes and customer replies are not presented as actions to take without final approval.

that fits your business.

We will help you explore where to begin.

What to bring to the conversation

  • What products or services do you sell?
  • Which marketing task do you repeat each week?
  • Where do you get stuck today?

The consulting scope is discussed around your business and goals.
